Marinated Broiled Onions
|Red onions||2 Large, cut into 1/2" thick slices|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh lime juice||3 Teaspoon|
Place the onions on a broiler pan.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
Broil about 8 minutes or until soft and beginning to char.
Turn over and broil another 2 minutes.
Place in a glass bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Let stand 2-3 hours before serving.
