Easy Onion Rings

Ingredients
  Spanish onion 1 Large
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Remove the onion peel and slice them into 1/4 inch pieces.
2.Open the slices into rings.

MAKING
3.Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
4.Put eggs, milk and 1 tablespoon of oil in the mixture and blend well.
5.Heat oil in a skillet at 375 degrees.
6.Put the rings in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
7.Once done, take the rings out on paper towels.

SERVING
8.Serve hot with dips.
