Deep Fried Onions

Ingredients
  Onions 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Fritter batter 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Heat the oil to 375°F (100°C).
Separate the onion slices into rings.
Dip the rings into the batter and fry them for 2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain well on several layers of paper towels.
Serve hot.
