Cumin Peppers And Onion

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut into strips
  Yellow pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut into strips
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Medium, cut into strips
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a 1-quart casserole combine green pepper strips, yellow pepper strips, red pepper strips, onion, butter or margarine, and cumin.
Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes or till the vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring once.
Serve with beef, pork, lamb, or poultry.
