Carrot & Walnuts Stuffed Onions

  Onions 4 Large
  Walnuts 2 Ounce, chopped
  Cheese 3 Ounce, grated
  Carrot 4 Ounce, grated
  Cream 4 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper 1

Boil the onions in salted water for 3/4 hour then scoop out the centres.
Chop the onion centres and mix with the rest of the ingredients and fill the onion shells with this mixture.
Sprinkle with a little of the grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
