Braised Marrow With Onion

Simply yummy!!!! These two words come to the mind the first time i tasted this Braised Marrow With Onion. The addition of apple juice in this gives it a light tangy flavor. Try out this recipe and leave a comment for me with your feedback!
Ingredients
  Marrow 1
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Grease a casserole using butter.

MAKING
2) Sprinkle the onion with vegetable salt and pepper, and little brown sugar.
3) In a skillet, add oil.
4) Add the onions and fry till golden.
5) Arrange in the casserole, and top with the marrow.
6) Pour in 1/2 cup apple juice and paprika.
7) Dot with butter and cook, covered at 300°F. for 40 minutes.
8) In a bowl, mix little flour and apple juice till smooth.
9) Add into the casserole 10 minutes before the vegetables are done.

SERVING
10) Serve hot.
