SAGE AND ONION POTATOES

Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dried sage 1 Tablespoon
  Breadcrumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 3 Large
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, for frying
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Fry chopped onions in butter, adding sage, salt and pepper.
Peel and slice potatoes and place in greased casserole with the sage and onions.
Turn well to coat sliced potato, dot with butter and bake, covered, in a moderate oven for 1 hour.
