Pickled Beets and Onion Rings

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced pickled beets 1 Pound, drained (1 Jar, 2 Cups, Or Whole)
  Onion slices 1 Cup (16 tbs), separated in rings
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
Add beets and onion rings.
Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, till hot and onions are tender, about 15 minutes.
