Sauteed Onions

Ingredients
  Onions 4 Medium
  Butter/Margarine or drippings 3 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Peel the onions under water, then slice very thin or chop in 1/2-inch pieces.
2. Heat the fat, add the onions and cook over low heat, stirring constantly 10 minutes, or until onions are entirely tender.
3. Add salt, pepper and paprika just before serving.
