Place the biscuit mix into 1-quart bowl.
Stir in milk to make soft dough.
Mix in cheese.
Turn out on lightly floured pastry cloth.
Knead lightly several times.
Pinch off 1-inch balls of dough.
Roll into sticks.
Roll sticks in soup mix to coat.
Arrange 6 to 8 at a time on microwave roasting rack in (12 x 8-inch) utility dish, or paper towels.
MICROWAVE 3 to 4 MINUTES on '8', or until firm to touch.
