Sardines With Tomatoes And Red Onion

Ingredients
  Fresh plum tomatoes 500 Gram, sliced
  Red onion 1⁄2 , finely sliced
  Canned sardines 200 Gram, drained, rinsed (2 Tins)
  Dried oregano 3 Pinch
  Dried red chili flakes 1 Pinch
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Balsamic vinegar To Taste
  Marjoram leaves 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Black olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Handful Of)
Directions

Arrange the tomato slices on a serving plate so that they overlap.
Scatter with red onion slices.
Arrange the sardines carefully over the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the sardines with oregano, chilli flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar over the plate.
Garnish with some fresh marjoram leaves and black olives.
Serve at room temperature.
