Dilled Onion Rings

Ingredients
  Tarragon/Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion 2 Cup (32 tbs), thinly sliced
Directions

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except sliced onion; mix well.
Stir in onion.
Cover bowl.
Chill 12 hours or overnight.
Pack in pint jar; store in refrigerator.
