Sauteed Potatoes Onions & Peppers
|Flavored herb oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Baby red potatoes||1 Pound, quartered|
|Sweet red onion||1 Medium, coarsely chopped|
|Pepper||1 Small, seeded, cubed (Green Or Yellow)|
|Basil vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Savory seasonings garden blend||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium high heat.
Add vegetables; sprinkle on vinegar, Garden Blend and pepper.
Pan fry 20 to 25 minutes or until vegetables are browned and tender, stirring occasionally to brown all sides.
