Ingredients
  Baby onions 1 Pound (4 Cups Or 450 Gram)
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Bay leaf 1
  Thyme sprig 1
  Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Sultanas 2 Ounce, soaked (1/3 Cup Or 50 Gram)
  Dry white wine 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Brandy 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
Directions

Peel the onions, but leave them whole. Put them in a dish with the remaining ingredients, cover with vented cling film (plastic wrap) and cook for about 10 minutes, shaking the dish twice.
