|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook onions in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
Cut slice from top of each onion; remove center, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
Chop onion centers; combine with remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.
Stuff onions; place in well-greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
