Creamed Onions

Ingredients
  Baby onions 1 Pound
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Muenster cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Directions

Cut onions into small wedges.
In covered pan cook onions in boiling salted water till nearly tender for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain well.
In saucepan melt butter; blend in flour, salt, and white pepper.
Add milk all at once; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add shredded Muenster cheese; stir till melted.
Stir in drained onions; heat through.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
