|Green tomatoes||6 Quart|
|Pickling salt||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cooking onions||3 Pound, peeled|
|Sweet red peppers||5|
|Hot peppers||2 Small|
|Vinegar||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Mixed whole pickling spice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Tied In A Bag)|
|Celery seed||2 Teaspoon|
|Mustard seed||2 Teaspoon|
Grind or chop tomatoes and stir in the salt.
Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Drain several hours or overnight.
Grind onions, cucumbers, cauliflower and peppers.
Combine all ingredients in a large kettle and bring to a boil.
Cook uncovered until vegetables are tender.
Remove spice bag and ladle into hot sterilized sealers.
