Ingredients
  Green tomatoes 6 Quart
  Pickling salt 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooking onions 3 Pound, peeled
  Cucumbers 6 Large
  Cauliflower 1 Small
  Sweet red peppers 5
  Hot peppers 2 Small
  Vinegar 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Mixed whole pickling spice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Tied In A Bag)
  Celery seed 2 Teaspoon
  Mustard seed 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind or chop tomatoes and stir in the salt.
Let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Drain several hours or overnight.
Grind onions, cucumbers, cauliflower and peppers.
Combine all ingredients in a large kettle and bring to a boil.
Cook uncovered until vegetables are tender.
Remove spice bag and ladle into hot sterilized sealers.
Seal.
