|Celery seeds/Null||23 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)|
|Turmeric/Null||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Ground ginger/Null||2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)|

Parboil the cabbage, peppers, celery and onions separately in boiling, salted water, then drain.
Layer the vegetables into hot, sterilized jars, with the remaining vegetables.
Put all the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour over the vegetables, to within 1.25 cm./ 1/2 in.of the top, and seal.
