Simple Pepper Onion Relish
|Onions||4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped|
|Red peppers||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Green peppers||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
|Liquid artificial sweetener||2 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Bring to a boil.
Cook until vegetables are tender and the mixture is slightly thickened.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
