Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  Onion soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  All-purpose potatoes 2 Pound, cut into large chunks
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 F.
In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan; discard bag.
