Pickled Wild Onion Tops

Ingredients
  Wild onion blossoms 2 Quart (Before Buds Open)
  Whole mixed pickling spice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 1 Quart
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Quart
Directions

Place onion blossoms in 1/2 gal.jar.
Add pickling spice.
Pour over vinegar, salt and water.
Store in refrigerator up to 1 month tightly covered.
Good in salads.
