Onion Gouda Sticks
|Quick biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated american cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dry onion soup mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
Add biscuit mix into 1-quart bowl.
Stir in milk to make soft dough.
Mix in cheese.
Turn out on lightly floured pastry cloth.
Knead lightly several times.
Pinch off 1 -inch balls of dough.
Roll into sticks.
Roll sticks in soup mix to coat.
Arrange 6 to 8 at a time on microwave roasting rack in (12x8-inch) utility dish, or paper towels.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on high, or until firm to touch.
