Baked Onion Casserole
|Yellow onions||6 , thinly sliced|
|Potato chips||3 3⁄4 Ounce, crushed (1 Bag)|
|Wisconsin cheese||1⁄2 Pound, grated|
|Cream of mushroom soup||2 Can (20 oz)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place alternate layers of onions, potato chips and cheese in a buttered casserole.
Pour mushroom soup mixed with milk over all.
Sprinkle cayenne over the top and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
