Ingredients
  Shelled peas 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Fresh)
  White onions 3 Small, thinly sliced
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Basil stalks 2 (Fresh)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cauliflower flowerets 6 Small
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boston lettuce leaves 3
Directions

1. Put the peas, onions, parsley, basil, butter, salt, cauliflower, and water in a saucepan. Cover with the lettuce leaves and a tight-fitting pan cover.
2. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the peas are tender, about 12 minutes.
