Onion Cheese Strata

Ingredients
  Bread slice 8
  Processed american cheese slice 8 Ounce (8 Slices, 1 Ounce Each)
  Onion rings 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Thin Rings)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Trim crusts from bread.
Place 4 slices in the bottom of a square 9-inch casserole.
Place 4 cheese slices over bread and then sprinkle on half the onion slices.
Repeat.
Beat eggs with milk, mustard and salt.
Mix well and pour over mixture in baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in a 350° F.oven about 45 minutes or until browned.
