Easy Onion Paste

Onion paste makes an ingredient to a number of dishes in Indian cooking. This paste can be made in advance and saved in refrigerator for few days. It always comes handy if you have prepared onion paste in your pantry.
Ingredients
  Chopped onion 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Roughly chopped onion, boiling just enough of water.
Let it boil till the onions color changes to slight transparent.
Sieve out excess water, let it cool and blend into thin paste in a blender.

Add a little white vinegar and salt to it.
