  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peppers 4 Large, cut into 1/2 inch-wide strips (Green And/or Red)
  Onions 4 Large, cut into 1/4 inch-thick slices
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil leaves/Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1. In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook all ingredients, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
