Baked Onion Rings

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Sweet yellow onion 1 Large, cut into rings
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix egg whites, salt and pepper.
Dip onion rings into egg mixture and then coat with bread crumbs.
Place in single layer on greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees.
