Creamy Peas And Onions
|Frozen peas with pearl onions||20 Ounce, frozen (Two 10 Ounce Packages)|
|Reduced calorie cream cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Soft Style)|
|Skim milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Cracked black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole combine frozen vegetables and water.
Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 7 to 9 minutes (11 to 14 minutes in low wattage ovens) or till just tender.
Stir in the cream cheese, milk, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook, covered, on high for 2 to 3 minutes or till heated through, stirring once.
