Creamy Peas And Onions

Ingredients
  Frozen peas with pearl onions 20 Ounce, frozen (Two 10 Ounce Packages)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie cream cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Soft Style)
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Cracked black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole combine frozen vegetables and water.
Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 7 to 9 minutes (11 to 14 minutes in low wattage ovens) or till just tender.
Drain well.
Stir in the cream cheese, milk, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook, covered, on high for 2 to 3 minutes or till heated through, stirring once.
