Onion Roasted Potatoes
|Onion soup mix/Onion mushroom soup||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|All purpose potatoes||2 Pound, cut into large chunks|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In large plastic food bag or bowl, combine all ingredients.
Close bag and shake or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan; discard bag.
Bake, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
