Roasted Shallot, Green Onion & Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1 Pound
  Shallot 2 Tablespoon, toss in oil and roasted 5 minutes or until lightly browned
  Garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Green onions 2 Bunch (200 gm), chopped
  Red wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh thyme 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Cracked pepper To Taste
Directions

Roast garlic and shallot; pulse in food processor.
Whip cream cheese in mixer with paddle attachments.
Add remaining ingredients.
Spread over choice of bread.
Use in place of butter.
