Celeriac And Onion Puree
|Celeriac||1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Finely sliced onions||7 Ounce|
|Grated gruyere cheese||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
Put the celeriac and onions in a casserole with 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 12 minutes.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Drain the celeriac and onions, and puree in a food processor, adding the egg, grated gruyere and allspice while continuing to puree.
Season lightly with pepper.
Taste before adding salt.
