Celeriac And Onion Puree does not take much time to prepare. The Gruyere cheese gives the Celeriac And Onion Puree a creamy taste.
Ingredients
  Celeriac 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Finely sliced onions 7 Ounce
  Egg 1
  Grated gruyere cheese 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put the celeriac and onions in a casserole with 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Cover and microwave on HIGH for 12 minutes.
Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
Drain the celeriac and onions, and puree in a food processor, adding the egg, grated gruyere and allspice while continuing to puree.
Season lightly with pepper.
Taste before adding salt.
