Crispy fried oven rings is a light and peppy snack made with onions. Maed with a flour coating, the onion rings are simply deep fried. Great as a snack or a side in meals, these onion rings are super easy and simple.
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For deep frying)
Peel onions; cut into medium-thick slices.
Separate into rings.
Combine flour and enough water to make consistency of heavy cream.
Dip each ring in batter; drain slightly.
Fry in deep hot oil (375 °F) until golden brown on both sides.
