|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||To Taste|
Beat eggs, cream, seasonings, and baking powder until well blended.
Place butter in glass pie plate.
Cook on roast (7) for 1 minute or until melted.
Pour egg mixture into hot butter.
Cook on medium (5) for 6 to 8 minutes or until center is almost set.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Fold in half and serve.
