Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 , cold boiled
  Bacon fat 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting the potatoes into tiny cubes
MAKING
2.In a saucepan, cook the potatoes in the bacon fat with the seasonings for 5 minutes
3.Now beat the eggs slightly and add the milk
4.Then pour over the potatoes
5.Cook slowly until set, fold, and turn on to a hot plate
SERVING
6.Serve with a sauce of your choice and with slices of bread
