Clam Omelette

Ingredients
  Hard clam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Eggs 6 , separated
  Cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Getting ready
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees
MAKING
2.Steam the clams in a steamer
3.Once the clams are steamed, remove them from their shells
4.In a food chopper, put the clams through
5.In a pan, sauté the clams in butter
6.Now add salt and paprika to egg yolks and beat until light
7.Add cream and chopped clams and mix thoroughly
8.Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, pour mixture into buttered omelet pan or skillet and bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes, or until brown
SERVING
9.Serve with ketchup
