Egg And Cheese Omelette For Toddlers

Eggs are a wonderful source of protein, Vitamin A and iron. If you serve the omelette with a Vitamin C food such as kiwi, your baby’s body will absorb the iron more readily.
  Eggs 1 Large (organic)
  Whole milk/Water 1 Teaspoon
  Cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon, shredded
  Butter/Oil 1 Teaspoon

1. In a bowl, combine egg and milk.
2. In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and pour the egg mixture and spread it evenly on the pan.
3. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and gently fold the omelette.

4. Cut it into bite size pieces and serve.
