Place butter in an 8 inch round glass cake dish.
Microwave 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted.
Beat together remaining ingredients and pour into glass dish.
Microwave 1 minute 30 seconds [ROASTS, 2 minutes].
Move cooked portion of egg to center of dish.
Microwave 1 minute [ROASTS, 1 minute 30 seconds].
Give dish a 1/2 turn.
Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute [ROASTS, 30 seconds to 1 minute].
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Carefully loosen omelet from sides of dish with a rubber spatula.
If desired, add filling, then fold omelet in half and serve.
