Peppered Souffle Omelette
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Separate the eggs, beat the whites until stiff but not dry.
Blend the egg yolks with the milk for each yolk, add salt and pepper to taste and gradually fold in the whites.
Melt the butter in a shallow dish in the microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.
Pour in the egg mixture and cook on mediub for 5 minutes, lifting the edges of the omelette with a spatula, midway through the cooking time.
