Puffy Omelette

I am going to show a recipe of fluffy omelette. There has always been lot odf drama about making a perfect fluffy omelette. Chef Belucci tries it in this video.
Ingredients
  Potato 1 Large, dice
  Soya sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 3
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Potato flour 1 Teaspoon
  Water 30 Milliliter
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parsely 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Marinate the diced potatoes in soy sauce

MAKING
2. In a pan Sauté potatoes a bit.
3. In a large bowl mix all the remaining ingredients in eggs.
4. Beat it and pour it over the potatoes.
5. Cover it for 5 minute.
6. The fluffy omelette is ready.

SERVING
7. Garnish it with parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread or toast.
