Put eggs, milk and seasonings into Osterizer container and blend at STIR until frothy.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat, add the mixture and as it cooks make fast circular motions around the pan to raise the layers.
Shake the pan to and fro, till the eggs set, then spread evenly over bottom.
Fold over and turn out on a hot platter.
