Omelette Sandwich

Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  White bread slice 16 , crust removed
  Processed american cheese slice 8
  Ham slice 8
  Eggs 6 , beaten
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Corn flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Coat bottom and sides of a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Line bottom of dish with 8 bread slices, cutting them to fit.
Arrange the cheese, ham, and remaining bread slices over top, set aside.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard, mixing well, pour over bread mixture.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator, let stand 30 minutes.
Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top bread layer, drizzle with butter.
Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares.
