Cheese And Ham Omelette

Ingredients
  Eggs 4
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into strips
  Cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat the eggs, water, salt and pepper until just blended.
Add ham and cheese.
Heat the butter and oil in a 9 inch skillet.
Pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium heat, stirring with a fork, for a few seconds, then lift the eggs to allow the uncooked mixture to run underneath.
Fold over and roll out on to a hot dish.
