Baked Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 8 Small, beaten
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute mushrooms in butter.
Combine with remaining ingredients and turn into a buttered baking pan, 7x11-inches.
Bake at 325° F for 15 minutes or just until eggs are set
