Omelette With Pepper
Place butter in 9-inch microproof pie plate.
Cook on HI, 30 seconds, or until melted.
Combine eggs, water, salt, and pepper.
Beat lightly with a fork.
Pour into pie plate.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on 60, 2 minutes, or until center is nearly set.
Let stand, covered, 1 to 2 minutes.
Fold in half and serve immediately.
