|Cheese slices||50 Gram (3 slices)|
1. In a bowl take eggs, salt and pepper. Beat well to incorporate all the ingredients.
2. Heat a pan and add in the oil, when oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture. Adjust season according to taste.
3. Cook on one side and flip; place the cheese slices over the omelet. Fold the omelet and cook for another 1 minutes.
4. Serve Cheese Omelet with fresh juice.
