Superman Omelette

Easy and healthy!
Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1 Medium
  Egg 1 Medium
  Turkey breast meat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream of tartar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 1 Large, sliced
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat some olive oil in a pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 egg white and an egg. Add some cream of tartar, oregano and pepper. Whisk it well.
3. Cook turkey in the pan. Add some more olive oil.
4. Pour in the egg mixture and put the tomato slices over it.

SERVING
5. Flop it onto a plate and serve as breakfast.
