Great Tasting Low Fat Omelet

Ingredients
  Egg whites 5
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Low fat turkey breast 100 Gram, smoked
  Brocolli florets 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. On a skillet spray oil and cook egg whites on medium high.
2. Once the egg is cooked, put turkey breast over it followed by chopped broccoli.
3. Sprinkle cheese over it.

SERVING
4. Serve it as breakfast with your choice of bread.
