Great Tasting Low Fat Omelet
|Onion powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Low fat turkey breast||100 Gram, smoked|
|Brocolli florets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated cheese||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
1. On a skillet spray oil and cook egg whites on medium high.
2. Once the egg is cooked, put turkey breast over it followed by chopped broccoli.
3. Sprinkle cheese over it.
4. Serve it as breakfast with your choice of bread.
