Simple and Easy Omelette
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Chorizo sausage||100 Gram|
|Cheese||1 Dash, grated (Optional)|
|Mixed herbs||1 Pinch (Optional)|
1.In a bowl, crack the eggs and put onion, chorizo, ham and tomato. Mix them well.
2.In a frying pan on medium heat, put olive oil and pour the egg mixture.
3.Use a spatula to check if its sticking the bottom from the sides.
4.Season with mixed herbs.
5.If you are in the mood to pamper yourself, sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the omelette while its in the pan, for a rich, cheesy breakfast.
