How To Make Omelette

  Egg 2
  Regular salt 1 Pinch
  Whole milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 25 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1.Break eggs into a bowl.
2.Add salt and milk and stir the mixture well.
3.Heat the pan on a high heat and add butter.
4.when butter is melted pour the mixture.
5.Cook the eggs for 1 minute on high heat.
6.After 1 minute reduce the heat and cover the pan.
7.Cook for 2.5 minutes before serving.

SERVING
8.The omelette is ready, you may sprinkle some shredded cheese over it if you so desire.
